Job Title: Administration Officer (Casual)
We're seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area
* Create, store, retain, and dispose of resident records and contribute to the efficient resident management system
* Maintain accurate data entry into the patient management system
* Develop and maintain spreadsheets and Microsoft Office documents
* Proficiently take and type meeting minutes and agendas
* Coordinate appointments and manage correspondence and bookings
* Perform general administrative duties
