About this opportunity Embark on an exciting career within IT where you will be the "go to" person to ensure our team at SilverChef make the most of our corporate hosted and cloud applications, devices and systems.
In this dynamic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly resolving issues to keep our users productive and satisfied.
Your ability to quickly learn our core business applications will allow you to perform support, system administration and configuration to ensure our customers' needs are being met.

You'll triage, prioritise and deliver high-level application and system support services to the business in consultation with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.Ensure our IT environment runs smoothly, minimising downtime and managing changes to maintain high availability.Identify, mitigate and prevent global IT security risks as well as being the primary contact for IT support by clearly communicating changes and interruptions.Collaborate with our IT Infrastructure Team to maintain current systems and deliver new solutions and platforms.What you'll need to succeed Pursuing a qualification in IT or Business IT with a strong background in IT support and superior customer service.Proficient in Windows OS, including application installation, device setup, drivers and basic networking.Skilled in setting up and managing devices (e.g.
