About The Role:
Assist in the leadership and day-today running of the English Department. Working closely with the Head of Department, this is a full-time, permanent Middle Leadership role that holds a substantive teaching load. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
* Coordinating Teaching and Learning Plans
* Administrative duties related to QCAA requirements
* Support staff in professional development and growth
* Engaging and helping to run staff meetings
* Analysing and reporting on student data
