Job Description The Opportunity An integral part of the construction team, this role will see you take on Project Manager responsibilities through the construction phase of project delivery. Some key responsibilities include:
Being the first point of communication with the client; managing expectations, resolving issues and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes. Coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders in the project including authorities, developers, clients and contractors. Oversight of all matters relating to budget, resources, project health and project planning. Oversee the contractors' compliance on the construction project, with a strong focus on the review of their quality, environmental and safety systems. Liaising with internal teams across a multidisciplinary office to resolve client queries and design challenges. About You You are an experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record successfully delivering land development projects and/or teams. You thrive in an environment that provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity. Extensive site-based experience in construction administration within land development or infrastructure projects. Exposure to engineering design and a solid understanding of the design process. The ability to communicate effectively with our clients and contractors to achieve great results within a complex project environment. A keen interest in ongoing professional development; desire to learn new skills and the drive to continue to challenge yourself.
