The Resource Planner is responsible in effectively coordinating the forward planning of rosters and operational deployments within the National Operations Centre (NOC).You will be supporting a network of Security Officers and Customers, ensuring all forward planning of rosters are opened and published, identifying resource shortfalls, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
This role is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday with working hours falling between 08:00 and 18:00, start and finish times as agreed with your Manager.
