We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.About the role:Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role within our organisation.
The responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to source, screen, interview and onboard candidates into the Fleetwood business.
The role will also be responsible for engaging and building relationships with a range of stakeholders offering coaching, guidance, and advice on best practice recruitment methodology.
The role will involve strategic workforce planning and adherence to internal recruitment policies and procedures to ensure we are delivering a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains top talent within the Fleetwood business.The key responsibilities of the role are to:Continued development of the internal talent acquisition framework which includes sourcing strategies, job analysis and briefings, competency-based assessments, compliance and hiring standards, policies and procedures.Recruitment of all roles within the business including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, medical assessments, psychometric assessments, offers & contracts.Provide support and coaching to the managers in best practice interviewing techniques, and other areas of recruitment that require further support and training.Work closely with Senior Management in each state to undertake a thorough analysis of current and future trends and hiring needs to assist with workforce planning.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop an Employer Value Proposition to increase our branding awareness within the candidate market.Development of best practice recruitment methodology to attract and hire the right candidate, whilst also researching and embracing new ways of identifying, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates.Manage and maintain the integrity of data within the applicant tracking portal.Assist with the management of the Fleetwood National Apprenticeship Program.Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the development and implementation of a Fleetwood graduate program.Monthly reporting including current vacancies, roles filled, cost of turnover and hiring, staff turnover and pass rate within first 3, 6 and 12 months.Management of labour hire engagement with preferred suppliers including, onboarding and compliance checks, working in line with our labour hire policies and procedures.Management of recruitment projects both short and long term.Administration duties.About You:The ideal candidate will be passionate, dynamic and strategically minded, with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
You will display significant experience within Talent Acquisition in either an internal or external recruitment environment.
You will also possess strong stakeholder management skills, communication skills, and fantastic attention to detail.
You will be looking to apply your developed skillset within our organisation and take pride in successful strategic outcomes, whilst continuing to grow and evolve in a supportive and inclusive environment.
