About the role:
Our client is looking for experienced call centre candidates that will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone and email) and aim for first-call resolution. You will possess the confidence and ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions using your knowledge of products, services, and industry legislation.
* Resolve issues, respond to complaints, and capture feedback.
* Engage in proactive outreach via outbound campaigns.
* Complete administrative tasks and support operational efficiency.
* Maintain customer data, ensure compliance, and meet performance KPIs.
* Participate in training and contribute to team success.
We are looking for:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Experience in customer service and conflict resolution within the superannuation/insurance industry or the like.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* RG146 compliant or commitment to undertaking study.
* A friendly, people-focused attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
