About the Role
As a champion of growth and enablement, you'll lead learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and development in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the learning and development function, including designing, developing, and implementing training programs.
* Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across different areas of our business.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training materials and programs.
* Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that address identified needs and support employee development through career progression pathways.
* Support technical competency development, including traineeships, compliance, and career development.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the learning experience.
About You
You will be an experienced professional who enjoys capturing ideas and requirements, designing new initiatives, and making learning engaging and inspiring for others.
Your experience, proactivity, and professionalism will help you connect with people and make things happen.
You have a flair for making an impact and building connections with people at all levels, with effective communication being second nature to you.
Tertiary qualifications in education or workplace training and assessment, along with a working knowledge of Litmos and Articulate 360, are required.
