Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Administration: You will be the first point of contact for visitors to IMC, answering/directing incoming calls; receipt and organisation of daily mail Organising domestic and international travel logistics Ordering and managing catering requests with in house catering site manager; ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies and merchandise Monitor and effectively manage team mailboxes in a timely manner, including ad-hoc requests from APAC office staff.
2. Event Management Support: Support IMC events, both in-house and off-site; inclusive of HR Programs General Admin and project work where required: Work closely with the sustainability & charity committee, supporting various initiatives and meeting requirements.
3. WHS Responsibilities: As appropriate Your Skills and Experience Excellent communication, with strong interpersonal skills Exceptional time management, with the ability to effectively multitask Curious and collaborative mindset The ability to solve problems creatively and proactively Punctual and dependable The ability to prioritise, act and perform successfully in a fast-moving and high-pressured environment Experience working within Front Office, preferably with a demonstrated interest in financial markets Comfortable managing competing deadlines and juggling multiple projects under pressure Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office
