Full time, fixed term role until 30th June 2026Exciting opportunity to provide leadership to Student Admin Teams within Academic ModellingBase salary from $121,508 plus 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThe Portfolio Manager, Academic Model will provide general administrative support, enquiry and processing related functions to the Academic Model Team, ensuring appropriately trained and supported staff are allocated to the work of the team.This includes the development of individual and team work plans, establishing, monitoring and reporting on performance measures to ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of services delivered.Your key responsibilities will be to:lead and manage the Academic Model Team, in the build, refresh and deployment of curriculum across the University via the systemsmanage the implementation and achievement of key objectives and results in alignment with key objectives of the Academic Model teamwork closely with stakeholders in the faculty curriculum teams and Information Communications and Technology (ICT), maintaining professional, productive and positive relationshipsmanage day to day operating activity for the work area including effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organising and decision makingmanage communication and relationships with key stakeholders across the University.About you:demonstrated understanding of curriculums and how they work in a large system contextexperience in the supervision, training, mentoring and performance management of staffknowledge of or experience with student management systemsproficiency with Excel and strong data governanceworking knowledge of SQL is desirableexperience within higher education, or education compliance and regulations is desirablestrong business acumen and strategic thinking skills and effective people management skills.Work Rights: you must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
