SENIOR REVENUE ANALYST (HOSPITALITY COMMERCIAL SENIOR ANALYST) – REVENUE & DISTRIBUTION

As our Senior Revenue Analyst (Hospitality Commercial Senior Analyst) reporting to Head of Revenue & Distribution, you will play a critical role in optimising revenue strategies and identifying opportunities for growth within our hospitality and food & beverage operations. You will work closely with various teams to analyse performance metrics, develop pricing strategies, and contribute to the overall success at The Star Brisbane.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will maximise revenue & yield in hospitality assets at The Star Brisbane, including: Hotel inventory by ensuring all market segments are maximised both in Occupancy and Average Daily Rate; and F&B venues, by ensuring revenue per available seat is maximised for each offering and ongoing support of in-venue capacity management processes, standards & tools
A few of your responsibilities
1. Analysis of Occupancy and Revenue in hotels, and the distribution of rates across all channels
2. Effectively execute revenue management strategies on an ongoing basis
3. Establish capacity management processes and standards for all in food & beverage venues
4. Coordinate the updating of all OTA’s, ensure rate parity with all hotel distribution channels
5. Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
What we are looking for
6. Proven experience in revenue analysis within the Hotel accommodation and food & beverage sectors
7. Strategic thinking with the ability to increase revenue & yield for venues by working closely with venue mangers, including regular venue optimisation meetings
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
You have experience in the Hotel space and Food & Beverage industry. You have a proven track record in a Revenue Analyst, Reservation or Front Office role.
