This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the company's contracts. They ensure that all agreements are clear, legally sound, and meet the company's standards. The administrator works closely with both internal teams and external parties to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and make sure that all obligations are met on time. Their attention to detail helps minimise risks and ensures smooth project execution by keeping everything in line with agreed terms.Tasks & Responsibilities:Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and servicesResponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affectedProviding legal opinions to individuals and legal entities on revenue matters in specific mortgages, redemption, partition, etc.Ensuring contract negotiation, management, assessment, documentation and complianceUnderstanding contract law and compliance laws and regulationsManaging paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and servicesDrafting various types of contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirementsOverseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations in work ordersManaging and resolving contract-related disputes and issues in a timely and effective mannerCollecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project outcomesPreparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activitiesAdvising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisionsA proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesLearning quickly and mastering internal contracts management systemsAn eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and omissions at a glanceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook etc.)Working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesQualifications and Experience:A relevant Bachelor's degree or higher is required (the appropriate fields include law, business, project management, or construction management/construction economics etc.)1 to 2 years of relevant experienceBenefits & Remuneration:Salary commensurate with experience: $80,000 to $90,000 plus guaranteed superannuationOpportunity to continue learning and gaining experienceWork with an enthusiastic and hardworking team
