Sales Director - Digital Partnership - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive leader with a background in virtual sales to help us build and develop a virtual sales team at Domain. Your primary responsibility will be to design, establish, and embed an efficient central virtual sales function, and drive total sales with smaller agencies and those operating in remote areas. The aim is to grow the breadth of customers, and the breadth of products/solutions adopted by each customer in the virtual sales segment.
1. Evolve the Inside sales operating model and develop a cost efficient, scalable solution
2. Recruit, lead, manage, coach & support a high performing virtual sales team
3. Grow and maximise digital revenue to achieve performance targets
4. Build operational efficiencies
5. Build strategic and operational capability which increases efficiency, effectiveness and quality
6. Create a dynamic and engaged culture across the sales organisation
7. Exceed the service expectations of your customers, to create a loyal customer base
Who are you?

8. Strategic and creative thinker

10. Collaborative management style
11. Ability to build and implement business strategies, with financial acumen
12. 5 years senior sales leadership experience (managing leaders/ large teams)
13. 3 years experience leading successful and complex Inside sales/ virtual sales teams.
14. The ability to be fluid and agile to meet ever changing market and business needs
15. Understand emerging trends in the real estate
16. Real Estate/SaaS experience (desired)
17. Sydney based (preferred) but open to considering candidates in Melbourne or Brisbane.
