Manage the end-to-end customer journey, onboarding new customers and introducing existing clients to new modules. Highlight platform features that drive early value, ensuring clients achieve their goals efficiently. Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients to encourage advocacy and generate referrals. Promote cross-selling opportunities by identifying additional modules that meet current or future client needs. Minimise churn rates by driving product usage, ensuring renewals, and increasing client loyalty. Provide exceptional service to merchants, maintaining long-term relationships and enhancing client satisfaction. THE PERSON Confident communicator with strong training and presentation skills. Skilled at building connections and facilitating effective discussions to see the bigger picture and develop tailored solutions. Results-driven with a focus on leveraging data and processes to achieve goals. Experienced in using CRM systems effectively and efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
