To produce high-quality photography that captures the ASC communityJob DetailsProgram Area: Communications and Digital MarketingCommitment Period: Flexible, based on a per project basisDuties & ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality photography that captures the ASC community (including staff and supporters) and our services.Content may include awareness campaigns.Edit and deliver high-quality, ready-to-use photos for digital platforms.Bring your own equipment or work with ASC's available gear to ensure high-quality production values. You will be responsible for camera operation.Collaborate closely with the Communications team to ensure the photos align with our brand and storytelling strategy.Project check-ins with the Communications team (flexible timing).Selection CriteriaAttention to detail and the ability to work with deadlines.Excellent photography and storytelling skills. Showcasing a portfolio is essential.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva (desirable).Experience in working with people from various backgrounds and cultures.Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers.Flexibility and willingness to take on extra tasks as appropriate.Ability to adhere to policies in relation to code of conduct, boundaries, and confidentiality.General ConditionsAll ASC staff and volunteers are required to:Adhere to ASC’s vision, purpose, and values.Act at all times in accordance with ASC’s Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policies.Comply with Work, Health and Safety systems.Comply with Incident Management Procedures and emergency protocols.Demonstrate a respectful and welcoming behaviour with all people at ASC in culturally appropriate ways.Undertake a NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencement and ensure it is up-to-date.Support a child safe organisation by undertaking screening for suitability to work with children and vulnerable people and to comply with relevant state/territory legislative requirements.
