We currently have opportunities to join our team as a Case Manager. This role is the perfect opportunity tomence your career in the Workers'pensation Industry and bring your passion for customer service to build a meaningful career, where you will be supporting injured workers with their recovery from a workplace injury and provide them with a positive customer experience. As a Case Manager, you willplete aprehensive 8-week training program, consisting of face-to-face training, online learning and one on one coaching support to assist with your development throughout the program.
During the training program you will learn:
4. The life cycle of a Workerspensation claim
5. The support that is available to assist an injured worker with their recovery from a workplace injury
6. The support that is available to facilitate return to work activities for an injured worker and their employer
7. How to manage entitlements to medical treatment and weekly payments
8. How to effectivelymunicate with our customers
After thepletion of the training program, you will transition to a claims team to manage a portfolio, to support and assist our customers to achieve the best possible oue. Ongoing transitional assistance will be provided.
