About the role:

With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, as the qualified Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing focused home based and centre based services for older clientele (65+) accessing services through programs funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), their Home Care Package (HCP), and privately.
Our Allied Health team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, clinical supervision and you will have support from our Practice Leads and admin team. This is a great opportunity to work independently but also as part of our multidisciplinary team.

This is the place for you if you:
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
* Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

* A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card
* Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
* Australian working rights
