Due to expansion, YOU Queensland is looking for a full-time Support Coordinator to join the YQ Support Coordination team!
The Support Coordinator plays an integral role for NDIS participants in interpreting their NDIS plan, assisting them to establish the supports in their plan and develop their capacity over time.
As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing tailored support, expert coordination, and assistance to individuals navigating support environments and assisting them to overcome complex barriers that affect participants' ability to access and maintain support.

Hold a qualification in a relevant field to Disability, Community, Healthcare Services, or related fields.
You must have First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
You must have a driver's licence and own a reliable, fully insured vehicle.
