We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Migration and Recruitment Administrator to join our team. Law students or candidates with a legal or HR background are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Prepare and organize documents for visa applications and recruitment processes. Maintain accurate client records and manage databases. Track visa application progress and provide timely updates. Recruitment Assistance: Support job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure smooth processes. Client Coordination: Respond to inquiries and provide general guidance (non-legal). Schedule appointments and manage team calendars. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Currently studying law or holding a legal or HR background (preferred). Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Familiarity with migration processes is an advantage but not essential.
