We seek an experienced, well-organised project manager with proven experience in residential/commercial landscaping and building. You will work directly with our clients, General Manager, and the in-house design team. This is an excellent role for a driven landscaping professional seeking to advance their career and gain further promotion. About the Role This role is for a full-time landscape project manager, which involves: Manage all works and deliver high-end residential landscape projects on time and within budget. Striving to achieve better efficiency on a project-by-project basis. Be the primary contact for multiple clients, responsible for all correspondence. Hands-on management of live construction activities, managing and leading site crews and contractors. Onboard new suppliers and contractors and manage relationships with them. Prepare, issue, and oversee a schedule of works for assigned construction projects, including making adjustments to a schedule where needed. Issued construction programs, oversaw live construction activities, and provided direction to site supervisors and contractors. Managing landscape supervisors ensures each project runs efficiently and within initial project projections. Track productivity and resource use across the project lifespan. Coordinate with our Managing Director to ensure projects are efficiently resourced and assist in their absence. Help further grow the pipeline of our residential projects, represent our brand, and practice excellent client relationship management. Who are we looking for? Qualification in either Building Trade, Landscape Construction, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum four years experience in the building & landscape industry, previous experience managing multiple construction projects. Experienced in the administration of construction contracts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including consultation, facilitation, and teamwork. Well-developed time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and work with many stakeholders. Hungry for success - you strongly desire to learn, improve, and develop interpersonal and technical skills. A current manual driver's license is essential. Current police clearance (or able to obtain).
