About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic Ad Operations specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our programmatic advertising campaigns, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest quality of inventory.
You will be responsible for the technical execution and ongoing performance of our gaming publishers across Prebid, oRTB on a variety of platforms, including Amazon TAM & UAM, and a range of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) especially PubMatic and Magnite.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about programmatic and digital/game advertising platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Prebid, oRTB, Amazon -TAM & UAM configurations Create and manage setups within SSPs, including but not limited to: Pubmatic, Magnite, Adform, Xandr, Equativ, and Sovrn Follow up with SSPs regarding the approval process for new sites and applications Implement Blocklists and Whitelist to ensure high-quality inventory Analyze bid responses and win rates, providing actionable recommendations to optimize oRTB performance Identify and resolve discrepancies between Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), SSPs, and ad servers Ensure proper supply-side targeting within Private Marketplaces (PMPs), Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Open Auction environments Work closely with DSPs and SSPs to optimize real-time bidding strategies Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including GDPR and CCPA Implement and utilize verification tools to proactively prevent fraudulent activity Role Requirements: 4-7 years in Programmatic Ad Operations Hands-on experience with some of the following platforms: Pubmatic, Magnite, Adform, Xandr, Equativ, Sovrn, Google Authorized Buyers, Pixalate and Amazon Detailed understanding of programmatic advertising, including RTB, SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers Experience configuring and managing Prebid integrations Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar Ambitious with strong values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo #J-18808-Ljbffr
