The Role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work alongside a dynamic team with leasing, trust accounting and BDM support. We are looking for someone that has the ability to provide a high level of service to their clients, tenants and contractors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining relationships with landlords/owner
* Conducting repairs and maintenance
* Rental arrears management
* Completion of outgoing residential premises condition reports
* Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
* Prepare claims for rental bonds
The Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
* A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* A strong team player
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships
* Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
