The Role The role will work closely and spend considerable time with their predominantly hardware and irrigation distribution partners, within a well established territory which contains valued, long term partnerships. The Territory Manager role will oversee as well as increase and drive new sales with all retail partners through managing key account relationships and industry stakeholders.
The Person To be successful in this role, they key skill requirement will be sales as well as;
1. The ability to manage key accounts - although experience in irrigation or pumps is not required, exposure and experience to a related product or industry would be well regarded
2. Strong communication and time management skills
3. Be comfortable with technology and have a drive to succeed
4. A proven ability to build rapport quickly with customers as well work cohesively with internal support resources and colleagues
5. An ability to leverage internal customer and technical support resources as part of your role as Territory Manager.
The role ideally will be located within the Territory (Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Wollongong) - regardless of location, the successful candidate will need to work autonomously and have a willingness to travel. The business also encourages the development of internal career pathways, across the broader business. A remuneration package will be negotiated to attract candidates of the highest calibre.
