We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Technician to join our team for a Managed Service Provider in Canberra. This role focuses on providing exceptional IT and network support to our client's customers, ensuring smooth operation and issue resolution across various platforms.
We have a presence in both Australia and the UK, offering services such as managed services, modern workplace solutions, device procurement, cloud services, and security & infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Level 2 technical support to clients across IT and network systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory.
3. Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain network infrastructure.
4. Utilize CCNA-level knowledge to assist with networking-related problems.
5. Ensure timely and effective customer support for all technical queries and issues.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar L2 support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment.
2. Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory.
3. CCNA knowledge (mandatory) with a good grasp of networking concepts.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer support.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
