About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments and Collections Management (PacMan) transformation team.
As a key member of the Payments & Affordability squad, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Functional Architect's and delivery partners to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitating collaboration with stakeholders to drive the definition of objectives & requirements
* Documenting detailed requirements with supporting acceptance and testing criteria scenarios
* Facilitating agile estimation, prioritisation, and planning workshops
* Defining and championing quality & governance standards across the delivery framework & internal team artefacts/processes
Requirements
* Proficiently delivering complex, large initiatives end-to-end in an agile environment
* Balancing multiple competing priorities and effectively managing expectations
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills with focus on detail & quality documentation
* Exceptional stakeholder management and advanced organisational skills
