We don’t judge books by covers and we challenge you to learn more about yourself, each other and grow.We are looking for a Property Manager to step into a portfolio covering an area within Logan City and Redland Bay.We like our PM’s to have around 120 properties to manage on an end to end basis. This enables our PM’s to give quality service to their Landlords and their Tenants while maintaining a balance with personal or family life.There is No BDM work and No weekends, this is a Monday to Friday role.This portfolio is an end to end service portfolio without trust accounting duties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency and success in all the areas of property management.That being said, we place a particular emphasis on our PM’s having full support in their role. This includes, but isn’t limited to, Management Support when you need it, the knowledge base of the entire team, up to date technology and tools that evolve with the industry.You will be an active participant within the team, and you will be heard and supported at every level.What we expect to see:Managing a portfolio end to end, including arrears, inspections, lease renewals, actioning maintenance…. and moreBe a team player! Take ownership of your role whilst working together as a team.Be a chatterbox! Maintain relationships with tenants, landlords and other key stakeholdersSpeak up!
