We are seeking a passionate and customer service focused Administration Creditors Clerk to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of purchasing processes, general retail operations and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing excellent customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written English
2. Being highly organised and possessing great time management skills
3. Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling and general Adhoc
4. Preparation and completion of end of month accounts
5. Experience in accounts payable and receivable
6. Motivated and having a great eye for detail
7. Able to work with minimal supervision
8. Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word
9. Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
10. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
11. Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
12. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
