Your Opportunity
10. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve property’s revenue and brand objectives whilst consistently analysing market information.
11. Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the Pier One’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects across the hotel, restaurant, bar and MICE businesses
12. Collaborate with Field Marketing and Marriott Digital teams and leverage agency support to effectively manage content, campaigns, media plans and promotions
13. Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty delivering mind-blowing services through each unique guest interaction.
14. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
15. Develop and manage content creation for the hotel.
16. Manage external vendors and agencies; collaboratively works alongside agency partners to identify strategic opportunities for the hotel.
17. Provides marketing leadership and acts as a marketing subject matter expert for General Manager, Executive Committee, Sales Leaders and Managers, and Revenue leaders.
18. Developing marketing budget and overseeing expenses, focusing on attention to detail.
19. Ensure your curious, outgoing and warm team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives.
20. Identify and establish marketing partners for innovative and new consumer marketing initiatives.
21. Ensure you and the marketing team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Pier One core values.
