This individual must have a proven record of delivering, problem-solving skills, financial process and system knowledge, and a passion for customer experience.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the setup for all Project accounting and deliver all financial transactions for Professional Services ensure complete and accurate project and assignment set up in project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects and monthly billing while adhering to SLAs.Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations, revenue operations, and legal on the setup and approval process of ProServe engagements while demonstrating a sound understanding of the business.Deep knowledge of sales operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as CRM, BI and billing systems, where appropriate. Provides input and consultation to business operations and sales team to ensure understanding and consistency.Able to dive deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of project and assignment setup.Has a working knowledge of the data available or needed by the wider business for more complex or comparative analysis. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.Prepares and presents formal and informal presentations for business stakeholders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of Microsoft Excel experienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar softwareExperience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experienceExperience working within a high-growth, technology companyPosted: October 27, 2024 (Updated 3 days ago)
