Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead the change management efforts for its ERP transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Strategy Development and Implementation :Develop and execute change management strategies that align with the ERP transformation goals, using structured methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Communication :Engage stakeholders across all levels, from production floor to executive leadership, and create effective communication plans to keep them informed and engaged.
* Training and Support :Design and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills needed for the new ERP system. Develop tailored training materials for different user groups and implement in-app guidance.
* Resistance Management :Identify potential resistance and develop strategies to address concerns, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Monitoring, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement :Establish metrics to track ERP adoption, monitor change initiatives, report progress, and use feedback for continuous improvement.
* Integration with Project Management :Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
* Cultural Alignment and Transformation :Facilitate a cultural shift towards digital transformation, promoting a data-driven culture and enhancing reporting lines and data utilization.
* Industry-Specific Considerations :Address the unique requirements of the meat processing industry, including food safety compliance, supply chain complexity, and regulatory standards, while balancing customization and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
* 7-10 years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in ERP implementation and change management.
* Proven track record in managing change initiatives in large-scale ERP transformations, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of change management principles, with certifications in frameworks like Prosci being highly desirable.
* Experience in managing solutions teams and leading business/IT training for complex projects.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
* Knowledge of the meat processing industry and its challenges is a plus.
