You will have a commitment to safe operational practices. Experience in managing complex service agreements to deliver high asset performance, including management of any commercial issues that may arise is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are required for a range of internal and external stakeholders, including landholders, community members, regulators and suppliers. This role would suit a self-motivated individual with experience managing the requirements within the energy and utilities industry who can support the company's renewables’ goals and ambitions.Responsibilities:Delivery of allocated asset performance targets through the management of the asset budgets and contracts;Asset reporting related to WHS, performance, commercial, market interactions and compliance to internal and external stakeholders, with support from the rest of the operations team;Communications and interactions with allocated assets external stakeholders, including suppliers, community members, regulatory bodies and build long-term sustainable relationships;Supporting the tendering, negotiation and review of any equipment warranties and service agreements as renewals fall due;Management of complex technical issues, including sound knowledge of root cause analysis techniques;Daily analysis of asset performance, liaising with O&M contractors to prioritise and address any issues;Delivery of reporting of asset performance to internal and external stakeholders;Analysis and interpretation of operational data to provide insights and identify issues, performance improvements and asset reporting;Liaising with various finance, legal and technical internal stakeholders to deliver asset outcomes;Management of asset performance to ensure optimum and continuous compliant operations in accordance with the NER;Management of statutory and compliance management for technical matters on the operational plants, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Experience:Recognised qualifications in engineering, business, commercial or other relevant equivalent experience.2+ years of relevant professional experience in the renewable energy sector.
