The Broker Support Officer offers national sales and service solutions to BDMs and brokers, managing operational performance requirements like broker accreditation, commission payments, marketing activation, and business project implementation, sharing insights with B&A Executive Teams. Reporting to the National Head of Sales and Accounts - Commercial Broker, you will work closely with the BDM's, Business Performance Managers and analysts as well as Broker Bankers, Aggregators and accredited brokers.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney, with a minimum of 2 days in office.
In this role you will get to: Involved in analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data to accurately report New Money Settlements, product cross sales per customer, and customer risk grades.Completing Annual Reviews in a timely manner with Broker reviews.Helping Brokers, Partners, and BDMs according to established guidelines.Identifying prospective areas of process improvement within the business and communicate to relevant leaders, including the proposed approach and benefits.Ensuring timely responses to all incoming broker queries as per agreed-upon service level commitments.Identifying and reporting cases of risk or non-compliance to National Head of Sales and Accounts - Commercial Broker. We would also love you to have: Broker accreditation and onboarding.Handles customer challenges using conflict resolution skills and maintains composure under pressure.Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email.Knowledge of Third-Party Banking highly desirable.Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with broker partners, BDM's and other internal stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will have: Administrative and support experience and customer service skills mandatory.Business/Commercial banking systems environment exposure highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint highly desirable.
