About the Role
The Catering Event Supervisor delivers safe and effective catering arrangements for concerts, sporting and other diverse events and other areas of the catering department ensuring the maximization of customer satisfaction and financial returns. The role encompasses sales and business development, event coordination and administration and leading the Front of House catering events team.
This is a full time, fixed term opportunity for 12 months with possibility or extension and/or permanency to cover a period of parental leave. This role may include weekends and variable roster around events.
Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person
As a supervisor, you will have a broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of catering and event management: building effective working relationships with clients to identify and match their needs to the VenuesWest facilities, planning arrangements for functions and events in liaison with the commercial and catering team and leading the Front of House team to ensure the clean, safe provision of food and beverage services and facilities.
Previous Experience with Ungerboeck Booking System or similar events management software is desirable.
