We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Brisbane on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and internal sales team.

The Core Responsibilities In This Role Include:Providing support to our national sales teamsMonitoring email inboxesCredit Control ChecksAbility to use spreadsheets and some complex data systemsProcessing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving issuesSupporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverablesMake outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and servicesConfident in meeting deadlinesConfidentiality must be paramountThe successful candidate will have:Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management)High attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsGreat time managementExcellent customer service skillsIntermediate computer skillsComplaint handling and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomouslyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsLove working in a team environmentThe successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.
