The team's vision is to shape Rest's success through organisational agility and operational efficiency with a focus on improving process maturity and delivering targeted improvement initiatives.The Senior Process Analyst (Business Analyst) - Insurance Claims position is to support the delivery of targeted improvement of business process initiatives within our Insurance and Claims area.Key Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesInfluence the day-to-day performance of Claims Handling and Insurance Administration at MUFG/TAL/AIA on behalf of Rest as Trustee.Contribute to the development and monitoring of key claims and Insurance Administration service performance indicators.Identify and lead claims and insurance administration improvement initiatives and activities with internal and external stakeholders.Develop relationships with key stakeholders internally with Rest and with our partners to ensure a strong working relationship that facilitates better understanding of issues and opportunities.Analyse and keep up to date knowledge of insurance servicing trends to ensure Rest's service operation is best practice.Deliver targeted process improvement initiatives in line with our Business Process Management capabilities and practices in support of improving process maturity.QualificationsBachelor's degree.Professional certification.
