Duties & Responsibilities:
1. High attention to detail and experience in records management including the use of databases and spreadsheets, is essential to maintaining accurate records.
2. Digital literacy to a level which demonstrates a keen awareness of the digital environment and the importance of engaging with clients and stakeholders in a digital-first manner.
3. Strong customer service and well-developed stakeholder and communication skills are essential to developing and maintaining effective communication channels across diverse groups to ensure procurement alignment and consistency.
4. Sound organisation skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision is essential.
5. Provide Administration Support to the internal teams and stakeholders by processing forms/reports and analysing the information provided.
6. Manage documentation and information management by preparing and maintaining compliance documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
7. The ability to learn new systems and computer programs in a timely manner.
