George Weston Foods (GWF) is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest food manufacturers, employing around 6,000 people across 60 sites. Our diverse product range includes leading brands of breads, baked goods, smallgoods, flour, milled products, and animal feed.
We have a rich heritage in meat processing, dating back to the late 1800s. Our expertise in meat has enabled us to transform it into delicious tasting products such as ham, bacon, salami, smallgoods, and fresh pork. The Role
This role involves working closely with the four streams of the Castlemaine site (Ham, Bacon, Smallgoods & Salami), transporting goods around the site to the respective streams in a timely manner. Additionally, this position will cover the movement of rubbish to the waste treatment plant and wash bay.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with a rate of $28.5381 per hour.
About You
* You hold a Heavy Ridged Truck Licence.
* You possess good verbal communication skills.
* You have demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
* A current forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
