This role will oversee the site and workshop teams, focusing on cultural evolution, performance enhancement, and operational efficiencies. This hands-on leadership position offers autonomy and direct influence over both daily operations and broader strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Structure, develop, and manage teams to build a results-driven work environment. Enhance efficiency and operational standards, ensuring timely, budget-conscious project execution. Oversee project and financial outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability. Drive business growth through client engagement and relationship management. Play a pivotal role in shaping regional strategy and sustaining a competitive market presence. Lead a shift in workplace culture, aligning with core business values and long-term objectives. Ideal Background: Experienced in leadership roles, preferably within civil infrastructure or logistics. Strong people management and team-building capabilities.
