* Experience in Strength Training and knowledge of popular training methods and techniques.

Your role as a Personal Trainer:
* Deliver expert coaching: Run 1:1 personal training and small group strength sessions tailored to women's individual needs.
* Team Player: Contributing to weekly team meetings, supporting your colleagues, and assisting with the general upkeep of the studio.
* Build strong relationships: Motivate and support our members throughout their fitness journey.
* Educate & empower: Provide guidance on women's health, including pelvic floor, stress management, hormonal health, and nutrition.
* Encourage strength training for life: Help women train effectively at any life stage, from beginners to advanced lifters.
* Engage with our community: Contribute to workshops, studio events, and education sessions (including some weekends).
* Keep learning & growing: Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously refine your coaching skills.
Optional Job Add-Ons (if you're keen):
* Social Media & Content Creation: Share your knowledge through blogs, social posts, or video content.
* Sales & business growth: Help bring in new clients and grow our community.
* Leadership and/or studio management: As a growing business, there is real potential to become a manager or leader at Strong Women Can.
What You'll Need:
* Passion for women's strength training & holistic health.
* Availability after hours, and/or weekends.
* At least 1 year of experience training paying clients.
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
* First Aid & CPR certification.
* Personal commitment to strength training.
* Strong communication & coaching skills.
* Fitness Registration (preferred but not essential).

Salary: $37 - $55 per hour + super
