Logistics Coordinator Location: Port Melbourne About the Role: Join our team as a Field Logistics Support professional You’ll be responsible for managing equipment deliveries, inventory control, and compliance activities. Your role includes receiving and dispatching tools, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, process, and record incoming goods and equipment. Manage tool requests and maintain inventory controls. Oversee equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the store. Raising purchase orders where applicable Liaison with field service technicians Vehicle inspections and audits Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient with electronic systems; familiarity with tool management systems is a plus. Full driver’s licence; forklift licence advantageous. Organise Test and Tag supplier (including notification to field teams to have their tooling tested and tagged) Walkie stacker use (competency training will be provided) – handheld and battery/electric assisted Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and organized. Excellent communication skills. Team-oriented with a 'can do' attitude. On Offer Monday – Friday in office, Ideally a 7am or 7:30am start time to 4pm or 4:30pm.
