About the Role As an Account Manager for Major Accounts, your primary responsibility is to ensure the retention and growth of high-value national clients. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and power users, providing strategic support, promoting new services, and driving business expansion. Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 superannuation Location: Perth What You’ll Be Doing: Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key client contacts. Conducting both in-person and virtual training and product demonstrations. Monitoring client usage and providing ongoing support. Documenting client engagement and activity in the CRM system. Gathering and reporting client feedback and identifying improvement opportunities. Promoting additional products and services by leveraging existing relationships. Acting as an escalation point for client helpdesk calls and complaints. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
