We currently have an exciting employment opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Team in our Rockhampton office. This is a Part-time position, with the potential of Full-time. Duties Responsibilities will include: Coordinating all aspects of the employee life cycle which includes placing advertisements, reviewing worker applications, short listing, conducting interviews, and the timely onboarding of support workers. Maintaining strong working relationships with all support workers. A hands-on approach to all employee training. Developing skills of our support workers and maintaining accurate training records. Working in accordance with both the Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards. Facilitating, delivering, evaluating and supporting internal training and development of programs. Identifying training opportunities. Qualifications Qualifications include: Qualification in Human Resources (or previous experience in a recruitment and induction role) preferred, however not essential. Understanding of funding streams in respect of disability and aged care support workers (or willingness to learn). Experience in the development, delivery and review of professional development or learning and development programs. Experience using a range of personal computer applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and other web-based products. Ability to conduct both online and face-to-face interviews. Sound administrative skills with an eye for detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Skills Preferred skills include: Experience in a similar position preferred. Strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience and exposure in interpreting employment legislation and industrial instruments. Current National Police Check.
