We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to help us scale our operations and support our financial success. Hillery Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team and play a vital role in managing customer accounts and supporting our financial processes. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will: Process and manage invoices, receipts, and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Undertake bank reconciliation regularly and accurately. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing inquiries. Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes. Assist in developing and improving accounts receivable procedures. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, preferably experience with MYOB AccountRight.
