NoOffer DescriptionBased in the UniSA Business Unit at the City West campusFull-time, continuing positionCommencement Salary: $137,488 (Level C) / $164,814 (Level D) per annum (plus 17% superannuation)Seeking candidates with experience in the defence and/or space sectors, either as uniformed personnel, or professional experience in servicing the sector.About the RoleSenior Lecturer in Management (Level C)The Senior Lecturer is responsible for the development, delivery and coordination of courses within the Academic Unit’s undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA programs in the area of management and leadership.The position will make significant contributions, both independently and as part of a team, to support the Academic Unit’s teaching outcomes and to carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly, and/or professional activities.Associate Professor of Management (Level D)The Associate Professor of Management is responsible for the development, delivery and coordination of courses within the Academic Unit’s undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA programs and contributing to the Academic Unit’s research agenda. The position will contribute independently and as part of a team to support the Academic Unit’s teaching and research outcomes and to carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarship, research and/or professional activities.This position will be a leading expert in management, leadership and negotiation disciplines and will make a distinguished contribution to the profile of the Academic Unit through the development of a program of collaborative research supported by competitive research grant funding.
