About the Role:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will collaborate with teams across the Winu project to develop and maintain an integrated operational schedule. You will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution through effective procurement and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the operational workplan (+1 to 4 weeks)
* Schedule and coordinate key maintenance activities with service providers
* Manage procurement and logistics, including receipting of critical goods and services
* Act as a link between site operations and off-site project leadership
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
* Support project teams in developing individual schedules as required
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience in an operational, industrial, logistics, IT, or manufacturing environment (preferred)
* Strong computer literacy and analytical capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Understanding of project scheduling and planning principles
* Experience with SAP, MS Suite and planning software
* Valid C Class Drivers Licence
