You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, supporting system configurations, data migration, and process improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across Finance, People & Culture, and Information Technology globally, ensuring our Workday implementation meets our business needs while providing valuable data insights to drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these into functional specifications. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop data models, prototypes, and custom reports to support business decisions. Data Migration & Validation: Ensure data quality throughout the migration process from legacy systems to Workday. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and business processes within Finance and People & Culture. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation to support system configuration, data governance, and compliance standards. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Process Mapping & Modelling: Proficiency in mapping out workflows and modelling processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or specialised software. This is critical in identifying efficiencies and gaps. Skills & Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), and experience with ERP or HCM systems. Workday experience is a plus! Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Skilled in translating business needs into clear, concise requirements for developers, often using user stories or other structured documentation formats. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to assess business needs, diagnose issues, and think creatively to propose innovative solutions. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively bridge technical and business discussions. Change Management: Capability to facilitate and manage changes, especially in transformation projects where business processes may be significantly affected. Attention to Detail: High standards for data quality and accuracy. Process Improvement: Background in workflow optimisation and experience with data governance are highly desirable. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in a business or data analyst role within finance or HR systems is preferred.
