The role The Technology Compliance Lead supports the Technology Solutions team in meeting compliance obligations and managing risks. Responsibilities include developing a reporting framework, ensuring regulatory adherence, monitoring compliance incidents, and facilitating risk assessments to promote transparency and accountability. Position Accountabilities Compliance Subject Matter Expert & Reporting: Primary contact for compliance queries within Technology Solutions Develop and deliver reports on compliance metrics, trends, and risks Manage and prioritise compliance tasks and projects Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Assess regulatory changes and recommend policy adjustments Identify and evaluate risks (e.g., information security, data privacy) Track compliance incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance Awareness Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams Prepare reports on compliance status, risks, and remediation efforts Develop training materials to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices What experience you'll bring 2 years in compliance, risk, audit, or data analysis, preferably in financial services or technology. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, IT) or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex concepts. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
