This includes providing administrative support, collating reports and schedules, organising data and collating documentation across academic projects. You will be responsible for:Administration, Reporting and Schedule PlanningDevelop and maintain a database of unit assessments and associated documentation, including marking budgetsDevelop a schedule and maintain guides for Academic Program Leads and Online Unit Coordinators to fulfil University partners QA requirementsMaintain oversight and reviewing of the results process, including storage of result reportsGather information and generate reports for management committeesWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to manage the student survey processDevelop and distribute teaching awardsDevelop academic staff planners to distribute internally and externally each teaching period and yearlyAd hoc administration, expense reconciliation and data entryCoordinate meetings within the academic team and external stakeholdersSupport the on-boarding of new staff, mainly Academic Program LeadsOther administrative support as required by the Academic DirectorPlease note this is a part-time, 0.8FTE opportunity for 12-months FTC.About YouTo be successful in the role, you will need strong capabilities in:Gathering and compiling data into large and complex spreadsheets for sharing with a wide range of stakeholdersSenior stakeholder calendar managementInterpersonal skills and excellent written skillsMicrosoft suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelPersonal organisational skills and ability to work independentlyWhat's in it for You?Along with joining a passionate, energetic and highly skilled team, this role will allow you to gain exposure to many growth and development opportunities.
