With a deep commitment to environmental stewardship, our client focuses on the development and management of renewable energy projects, playing a crucial role in reducing carbon footprints and advancing a greener, more sustainable future for communities and businesses alike.About Your New JobAs the company embarks on a significant growth phase, we are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join this dynamic and rapidly expanding organization:•Recruitment: Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications, posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and more.•Employee Relations: Serve as a key contact for employees on HR policies and procedures, support conflict resolution, and provide guidance as needed.•Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of appraisals, help managers set performance goals, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage exit interviews.•HR Administration: Maintain HR records in ELMO (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
