Job Description Join our People Solutions team as a People and Culture Advisor on a 12-month max-term contract You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape a thriving workplace culture. In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy, providing expert HR advice, coaching, and guidance to empower both employees and leaders. Day to day you will: Manage a wide range of queries for employee and people leader support, providing timely guidance on HR-related matters including Policy and Industrial Instrument application and interpretation. Support our employees and people leaders by providing consistent, credible and timely HR advice according to the relevant industrial relations instrument (Award, Agreement, policy) Visa and Working Rights management and maintenance Enable an effective operation of people systems and processes, e.g. ServiceNow Coach and mentor members of the People Solutions team to grow and develop as HR professionals through up-skilling and knowledge sharing Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of the People Solutions function to drive success and effective solutions across the P&C team and our people at Nine Conduct regular reviews of knowledge management articles on our intranet Ensure compliance by using relevant Nine policies, laws and regulations Qualifications We are seeking an energetic and passionate Human Resources professional with the ability to problem solve and adapt to our evolving environment What we would like to see: Experienced HR professional with broad experience across various HR areas of expertise Experience managing general HR queries and multiple EBAs and Awards Experience in identifying, reporting and managing risk Confidence and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders A strong focus on continuous improvement and optimisation Ability to work in a high paced, high pressure environment Passionate about the customer and people experience Attention to detail and ability to adhere to defined SLAs Strong time management and prioritisation skills Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Law is ideal but not essential Additional Information Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: At Nine, we are committed to fostering a workforce that embraces all aspects of diversity and inclusion and where practices are equitable to ensure our people experience a sense of belonging.
